PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:

(time and temps are just a guideline and may need to be adjusted according to your heat press)

1. 385 degree Temp
2. Press for 60 seconds at medium pressure.
3. be sure to sub the polyester side. It’s a little shiner and softer to the touch
